What size should I get?

You can find our size and fit information on each of the style's information section, but you can also find it HERE

If you're still not quite sure, no sweat! Please get in touch with us so we can help you find the right size and fit for you.

Do you have a Shopee or Lazada store?

We currently do not have a Shopee or Lazada checkout. But its super easy to order from our website, promise!

Can I order via Instagram?

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We are shipping from Manila, Philippines

How much is the shipping fee and how long will it take?

Shipping fee is

Standard lead times are:

  • Metro Manila - 3-5 days
  • Provincial - 7-10 days (inter-island may take 10-14 days) 
  • International - coming soon

Can I request my item to be shipped the same day? I have a fashion emergency!

Yes! We can do same day fulfillment shipped via the rider service of your choice

Can I request my order to be shipped to a different location?

Once the order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, we will no longer be able to accommodate the change of shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

We work fast so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible, but In case your order has not been processed, you can still make changes and cancellation.

Once your order has been processed, cancellation or changes cannot be made.

Incorrect or missing Items in my order

Oh no! We're terribly sorry for this mix-up! :(

Please contact us HERE within 5 days of your order delivery, and please include the following information:

  1. Order no
  2. What you ordered
  3. What you received

We'll get back to you as soon as possible so we can correct this mix-up.

Please make sure the items to be returned remains unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging.

What if I received a defective item?

We're so sorry that you received a defective item :(

We do our best to do a thorough quality check before our items are packaged, but if we missed a defect, we hope we can make it up to you.

Please contact us HERE within 5 days of delivery, and please provide the following info:

  1. Order no
  2. Item you ordered with defect
  3. Photo of the defect

Our community manager will get back to you as soon as possible so we can correct this for you.

* Please note, a variation of measurement within 1" will not be counted as defect.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit me?

We want you to love your Capsule clothing so we can accommodate an exchange of size for the same item.

Please contact us HERE for information on how to send back the items.

All shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.

Payment

What modes of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • All Major Credit Card (via Paymongo)
  • Bank Transfer (Unionbank)
  • GCash

For Bank transfer and Gcash payments, please send us a screenshot by replying to the order confirmation email you will receive from us.

Can I do COD?

COD may be in the works in the future, for now we offer payment via credit card, bank transfer, and gcash.
